Xanti Rodríguez

Xanti Rodriguez (Azpeitia, 1978) estrena su primer cortometraje, ‘Lekaime’,  en 2018 en el Festival de Sitges. Con esta obra, presenta al mundo un universo propio caracterizado por un terror sobrio, una gran carga dramática y una estética muy cuidada. Un estilo en el que los efectos especiales y la animación generada por ordenador, y que su propio estudio firma, tienen una gran relevancia. Un mundo que explora nuevamente con ‘Ospel’ (2020,  Festival de Terror de Donostia). Actualmente, Xanti realiza con ‘Pasaia’ (2021) todo un alarde de los últimos avances técnicos en animación 3D, con una historia que se adentra en el pasaje que separa la vida de la muerte. Así mismo, es director técnico de la serie ‘Nahiak’. Xanti Rodriguez (Azpeitia, 1978) premieres his first short film, 'Lekaime', in 2018 at the Sitges Film Festival. A style in which special effects and computer-generated animation, and which his own studio signs, have a great relevance. Currently, with 'Pasaia' (2021), Xanti is making a showcase of the latest technical advances in 3D animation, with a story that delves into the passage that separates life from death. He is also technical director of the series 'Nahiak'.
