N., una adolescente marcada por el acoso escolar y la soledad, se encuentra en internet con el espíritu de Alex: un joven asesino en masa muerto hace una década que regresa para consolarla. Aislada en su habitación y cada vez más desconectada de su propia madre y el mundo real, N. y Alex se adentran en un vínculo perturbador donde realidad y fantasía se desdibujan.

N., a teen scarred by bullying and loneliness, connects through the internet with the spirit of Alex, a young mass murderer who died a decade ago and now returns to comfort her. Isolated in her room and increasingly detached from her mother and the real world, N. and Alex descend into a disturbing bond where reality and fantasy begin to blur.
