Pasado y presente se cruzan en este documental que gira en torno a la Ciudad Universitaria de Madrid. Una sangrienta batalla tuvo lugar aquí durante tres años en la guerra civil. El Arco de la Victoria erigido por el régimen franquista es el punto de encuentro de un grupo de skaters que buscan evadirse del mundo adulto de la ciudad.

Past and present mix in this documentary that revolves around a specific place in the capital of Spain: the University campus. A bloody war of attrition took place here for almost three years during the Spanish Civil War. A francoist monument, the Arch of Victory, is the meeting place of a group of young skaters trying to get away from the adult world of the city.
