Una noche de verano, Mario golpea la puerta de una casa buscando ayuda. Elena observa por la mirilla y descubre a un joven desesperado y herido. Se muestra decidida a dejarle entrar, pero su marido Santi se opone. ¿Qué podría pasar si Mario accede al interior de la casa?
One summer night, Mario knocks on the door of a house looking for help. Elena looks through the peephole and discovers a desperate and injured young man. She is determined to let him in, but her husband Santi objects. What will happen if Mario comes into the house?
Rubén Prieto Fernández
Rubén Prieto obtiene la Licenciatura en Filología Moderna, especialidad Inglés, por la UCLM. Posteriormente cursa la Diplomatura en Guion de Cine y TV por la Escuela Universitaria de Artes TAI, de Madrid. En 2003 inicia su carrera como cineasta, trabajando tanto para otras producciones como en proyectos propios. “5380” es su séptimo cortometraje como guionista y director.
Rubén Prieto received his Bachelor’s Degree in English Modern Philology from UCLM. Later he completed a Degree in Film and TV Screenwriting at the TAI University School of Arts in Madrid. In 2003 he began his career as a filmmaker, working both for other productions and on his own projects. “5380” is his seventh short film as a screenwriter and director.
