En plena serranía peruana, a orillas de un lago de aguas cristalinas, yace un pueblo remoto aquejado por extrañas desapariciones y muertes súbitas, atribuidas a la leyenda del lago maldito. Unay y su abuelo Toño intentarán descubrir la verdad detrás del misterio y salvar al pueblo de la extinción.

In the heart of the Peruvian highlands, on the shores of a lake of pristine waters, lies a remote village afflicted by strange disappearances and sudden deaths, attributed to the legend of a cursed lake. Unay and his grandfather Toño will try to uncover the truth behind the mystery and save the village from oblivion.

Alejandra Gómez Pinilla

Alejandra, es una directora y guionista peruana-española de veintiséis años. Estudió cine en la escuela TAI, en Madrid. Su guion de largo, Aida, fue parte del programa Cima Impulsa, ganó el fondo nacional de producción de Perú en 2022, participó en el MAFIZ 2023 y actualmente se encuentra en fase de financiación, con miras a rodarse en 2025. Su primer corto como directora, se estrenará en 2024.

Alejandra is a twenty-six year old Peruvian-Spanish director and screenwriter. She studied cinematography at the Transforming Arts Institute in Madrid. Her feature film script, Aida, was part of the Cima Impulsa program, it won the Peruvian national production fund in 2022, participated in MAFIZ 2023 and is currently in the financing phase, aiming to be shot by 2025. Her first short film as a director will premiere in 2024.
